The guest house
Our cosy house is well decorated with an unexpected personal finishing touch.
We welcome couples as well as families. The discrete landlady lives here all year round and can give you information if you wish so.
Unfortunately we cannot admit pets, neither music instruments.

Conviviality
Quietness is a priority in l'Argentesse.
There is a private closed parking place available.

Goat’s cheese in
filo pastry (Pélardon)
Melt 1 shallot per person in some white wine with butter and get it reduced.
Let it cool a little and add 1 small tea spoon of honey and one pélardon
per person and mix this with some cottage cheese
salt and pepper. Put this mixture into double filo pastry for each person
Make a knot around it with raffia and put it into a hot oven for a few
minutes
Serve with a rocket salad.
