It enjoys all the benefits of a beautiful landscape, covered with vineyards and olive trees, with the scent of wild thyme, rosemary and lavender drowsing amid the deafening song of the cicadas. |

What is there to visitVisits we would advise are: natural sites like the Cirque de Navacelles, the Grottes des Demoiselles, Pont du Gard, a huge bamboo forest la Bambouseraie, St. Guilhem le Désert, Sauve, the wild Cevennes mountains, an old fashioned steam train, Anduze's potteries and flea market, mediaeval stone villages, colourful and fragrant markets. The coast at Le Grau du Roi can be reached in less than an hour. |
